A self-started multi-tasker, poised to contribute innovative, design and quality services to the layman, utilizing most current technologies, collaborating the team with brainstorming sessions and strategic thoughts, to manage the projects successfully. My strength is in challenging the status quo under various scenarios and pushing the limits to attain the target. As a creative artist, an aesthetic designer and a lateral thinker, my vision has been to provide optimum design solutions, making the products simple and cost effective for all.

My core skills are, getting right Information Architecture (Content hierarchy), design adaptive layouts (responsive) for web and mobile applications, and Front End Development using LMS/LCMS, Sharepoint, LiveTiles, also creating and debugging HTML/CSS/JQuery, in an agile environment. I do support the (native and Hybrid) developers in achieving the expected UI/UX results, thereby ensuring 100% Quality during production.

My experience in designing Native/Hybrid applications in Health Care, and Financial Applications (Indian Banks), has given me much exposure to various market segments with international standards. I also have experience in designing and developing e-Learning projects for Indian Navy and International clients from 2005-2009. As a Team Leader, I have followed strict standards, client coordination, project documentation, peer review, feed backs, brain storming sessions along with the team, and also been part in the decision making process with the core team.

My current focus is to work closely with the Clients and Stakeholders, in an Agile Environment and provide Ease-of-Use and Effective UX solutions with multi-discipline. The process includes, understanding the Product flow, Create Personas, Define Usability metrics, Create and Convert the Information Architecture to Lo-fi and Hi-fi prototypes considering the technological constraints, provide technical support to development team in achieving the design goals, Usability Testing, Web Analysis, and suggest improvements based on User Feedback.
